VERØ
COPENHAGEN, DENMARK
Year: 2025
Total area: 198 m2
Project team: Olga Rusakova, Oleg Miller
VERØ is a restaurant concept designed to capture the essence of modern Copenhagen hospitality: a balance between refined elegance and distinct "hygge" comfort. The interior narrative is built on contrasts. Rough, exposed brick walls and industrial ceiling elements are softened by the warmth of natural oak timber and curved furniture silhouettes.

Arched openings reference classic European structures while echoing the surrounding urban fabric of Copenhagen. Large windows connect the interior with the city, allowing daylight to become an integral part of the spatial experience.
The central bar serves as the architectural core of the restaurant - a sculptural volume that organizes movement and encourages social interaction. Surrounding dining zones transition smoothly into lounge areas, offering different moods within one coherent composition.
A fireplace lounge introduces a residential feeling, blurring the boundary between restaurant and living space. Guests are invited not only to dine, but to stay, observe, and experience the atmosphere.
The wine room, framed with elegant metal structures, emphasizes transparency and craftsmanship, becoming both a functional and visual element of the interior.
VERØ is designed not as a trend-driven space, but as a long-lasting restaurant - one that belongs naturally to Copenhagen’s culture of design, comfort, and authenticity.
